How do I earn points?

Share your referral code, link, or QR. When a friend buys a Velta product using your code, you earn Velta Points based on the order value.

When will my points be available?

Points appear as pending when your friend’s order is confirmed, and become active after the order is completed and the refund-protection period has passed.

Do points expire?

No — your Velta Points never expire. Redeem them whenever you're ready.

What can I redeem?

Replacement filters, essential oils, service discounts, delivery benefits, CO2 refills and more, from the Rewards tab.

What happens if my friend cancels or refunds?

The related points are reversed. This keeps the programme fair for everyone.

Why didn’t I receive points?

Common reasons: the order didn’t use your code, the order was below the minimum amount, the product was excluded, or it was a self-referral.

How is commission calculated?

Commission is a percentage of the eligible retail amount of each referred sale, at the rate set by Velta.

When do I get paid?

A sale starts as Awaiting completion, becomes Confirmed once the order completes and the refund-protection period passes, then Ready to pay. Ready-to-pay commission is transferred to your bank on the 1st and 15th of each month. Add your bank details under Me → Payout details so transfers reach you without delay.

What happens if the customer refunds?

Unpaid commission for that order is reversed. If already paid, Velta will contact you regarding adjustment.

Why is my commission still "Awaiting completion"?

The order is still within the confirmation or refund-protection window.
