Velta Club Terms

1. Velta Points have no cash value, are not withdrawable or transferable, and can only be redeemed for rewards within the Velta ecosystem.

2. Referral rewards are granted only for genuine, completed and paid purchases. Self-referrals, fraudulent orders, and abuse of the programme will result in reversal of rewards and may lead to account suspension.

3. Agent and dealer commissions are subject to Velta's approval, verification of payment and delivery, and the refund-protection period. Recipients are responsible for their own tax obligations on commission income.

4. Rewards, rates, tiers, and rules may be updated by Velta from time to time. Points expiry, minimum order values, and product eligibility are set in the programme rules.

5. Velta reserves the right to make final decisions on any dispute relating to points, rewards, or commission.
