Why we use it

To operate your membership, referrals, rewards, purchases, product care and support; prevent fraud; make partner payouts; improve the service; and send marketing only when you choose to receive it.

Who may receive it

Authorised Velta staff and service providers that help run checkout, payments, email, hosting, support and delivery. Partners only see customer details connected to leads or sales assigned to them.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for membership, support, legal, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. You may ask us to correct or delete information where the law allows.

Your choices

Marketing is optional. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw marketing consent, by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawing essential processing may mean we cannot continue providing the membership service.
